David
Zanze
President

David
Zanze has more than 20 years experience serving as a
leader and innovator in the health care industry.
During his career, David has worked for numerous
health care organizations, developing an expert
knowledge in the business, operational, and
information technology aspects of managing a health
care enterprise.
David
has spearheaded a variety of new technology services
for providers, employers, and consumers. He has also
worked to develop and institute cost containment
features that are now considered best management
practices in the health care industry.
In 1996, David brought his experience to a TPA environment
when he joined Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc.
David is now personally involved with the
implementation and ongoing needs of every Pinnacle
account, and places customer service as his number
one priority.

Patty Benkowski
Vice President, Operations

Patty Benkowski manages Pinnacle's Provider Relations
Department and oversees the installation of all new
accounts. She is responsible for provider
contracting, database management, interface with
third party vendors, and the production and
distribution of subscriber materials including ID
cards, certificates of coverage, benefit plans, and
network directories. In addition, she serves as a
benefit plan consultant to clients providing input
on benefit plan structure as well as compliance with
state and federal regulations. She has been with
Pinnacle's affiliated companies for more than 18
years and has more than 20 years experience in the
health care industry.

Damian Williams
Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Damian Williams oversees Pinnacle’s in-house staff of 10
Information Services experts including programmers,
as well as a system analysts, plan coder, PC,
telecommunications, and computer operations
specialist. Mr. Williams has worked for Pinnacle's
affiliated companies for more than 18 years. He
possesses expert knowledge of Pinnacle’s health care
claims processing system.

Maggi Doherty
Director of Claims

Maggi Doherty has more than 15 years experience in the
health insurance industry. Maggi is responsible for
overseeing the claims operation in Pinnacle’s Irvine
office headquarters, as well as three other field
offices. Maggi also supervises Pinnacle’s Internal
Audit, Utilization Review, and Customer Service
Departments.

Carlton Cook
Director, Administration

Carlton Cook has more than 20 years experience in health insurance
administration. Carlton currently manages
a staff of 21 individuals who oversee the
eligibility administration and financial services
for more than 3,000 employer benefit plans.

Harolynn Morgan
Customer Service Supervisor

Harolynn
Morgan has over 10 years of experience as Customer
Service Department Supervisor. Ms. Morgan oversees
15 customer service representatives who handle
approximately 150,000 phone inquiries a year. She
conducts ongoing employee training at the Irvine
office and at Pinnacle's various field offices
throughout California and Arizona.
