(Pinnacle) is partnering with SAP Global to provide its customers with a new, state of the art reporting solution, which will allow health benefit managers and broker/consultants to produce health trend analysis from an easy-to-use, drag and drop, web-based platform.  SAP Business Objects Edge Business Intelligence (BI) brings together the simplicity and speed of search with the trust and analytical power of BI to provide immediate answers to Pinnacle's customers' business questions.

By utilizing this free benefit for all Pinnacle customers, users will be able to leverage keyword searches to find information hidden in data sources, then navigate and explore directly on data – without the need for existing reports or metrics.  They will be able to produce graphs, ad-hoc queries and quickly generate data as it relates to costs and trends of their benefit plans.

This new reporting solution is intended to replace and simplify Crystal Reports, which has proven to be difficult and extremely time consuming to navigate.   BI is much simpler to manage and provides the latest technology innovations and delivers a connected, interactive and open business intelligence solution.
