Patty Benkowski brings her extensive background in health benefits administration, health care delivery systems, third-party pharmacy programs, provider networks and health care contracting to her job. She oversees and directs claims and customer service, various cost containment programs, provider network relationships in the U.S. and Mexico, new business implementation, and eligibility and billing administration.. Patty is a Fellow of Academy Healthcare Management with a bachelor of science degree in business and quantitative systems. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the health care and insurance industry and has been with Pinnacle’s affiliated companies for more than 24 years.

In her spare time, you can find Patty at the mall as she loves to shop. She makes time for spa visits and highly recommends that everyone receive a massage at some point in their lives. Patty is a dog lover with a pair of dachshunds at home always waiting to greet her when she returns home.
