Pinnacle Appoints New Director of Sales & Account Management

Pinnacle has announced that Romesh Sagadevan, a senior benefit sales executive, has joined the company to further develop company brand awareness of Pinnacle and its family of companies and reinforce relationships within the self-insured broker and employer community. 

Romesh comes to Pinnacle with a wealth of experience in the health benefits industry. In his new position, he is charged with retaining and growing Pinnacle and its affiliated business lines’ existing book of business along with achieving continued growth from new sales. He will also be managing staff in customer development and retention strategies.

Before joining Pinnacle, Romesh worked at Aetna as a Director of Sales in the Los Angeles region, and was recognized for being a top national sales leader during his 17 years at the company. Romesh also served as a Senior Sales Director at Health Net and was responsible for managing consultant and broker relationships relative to group health benefits. In every position, Romesh has applied his functional strengths, which include strategic planning, staff leadership, managing effective broker relationships and closing sales. He leverages his broker relationships to strategically educate brokers on a company’s suite of products to help build and reinforce their brand in the marketplace.
