Check out her professional background, new role and why she enjoys working at PCMI in our recent Q&A with Jaquelyn. Also, please note that we are currently recruiting for Jaquelyn's former position of business development specialist. If you or someone you know is qualified and interested in joining the growing PCMI team, please check out the job description.

Q: What is your professional background, and how have you applied it to your time at PCMI?
A:  My strength is in finance, and I earned my master’s degree in business administration. In my previous role as a business development specialist, I was the liaison between account management and internal PCMI departments as well as the contact person to new and existing relationships with producers and employers. Another aspect to my job involved supporting the RFP process and working with our stop-loss vendors.

Q. How does your new role as regional sales manager differ from business development specialist?
A. I actually will still be involved in the RFP process and maintaining relationships with our stop-loss vendors, employers and producers. The biggest difference is that I will be in more of a selling capacity and involved with building our brand in the marketplace.

Q: What do you like most about your new position?
A: I love the fact that I can build relationships on behalf of the company – that is where I thrive. It is also very satisfying to know that I am providing value to our customers.

Q: What do you like best about working at PCMI?
A: Definitely the people. There is never a dull moment and we are always working on something different day-to-day -- there is a great energy to that! I also love learning, and I am continually educating myself in the employee benefits arena.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?
A: When not working, I enjoy traveling, yoga, and am an avid foodie. I’m always looking for my next adventure!
