Third Party Liability and Subrogation

We identify any third party liability claims for you such as work-related injuries, accidents or subrogation claims and assist in recovering monies owed to your plan. Our system automatically identifies these claims and begins the recovery process.

Any claims identified as potential work-related injuries can be forwarded to your Workers’ Compensation carrier for handling and determination of benefits.  Typical accident-related diagnoses are pended by the system and a letter is generated to request additional information.  If a response is not received within 30 days, the claim is closed.  The claim is re-opened and processed once the requested information is received.
