Mary joined Pinnacle in 2013 and brings decades of experience in managing both large and small call center teams in various industries. She has built call center teams from the ground up and has a proven track record of turning struggling teams into success stories, as well as writing policies and procedures to streamline and enhance performance.

Over the last 20 years, Mary has finely tuned her leadership and customer service skills, earning her much respect in our call center. In addition to managing our call center, Mary provides leadership and expertise with benefits, claims, and utilization management authorizations, as well as maintains successful relationships with our providers.
