Raquel Lugo

Senior Director, Client Services & Mexico Operations

Raquel Lugo has more than 25 years of experience working in the health care benefits industry. Raquel manages our Client Service team, the Pinnacle Account Management team and our México Program.

With the Client Service team, Raquel provides assistance to our accounts at the plan participant level.  This team is responsible for Enrollment and Benefits Orientation meetings, assisting with claims and benefits inquiries, on-site service and general customer service. Raquel also leads the account management team responsible for servicing Pinnacle accounts at the employer level.

Additionally, Raquel has managed and been directly involved with Pinnacle’s México Program since 1994. She started as a liaison between the health plans and providers across the border and is now responsible for provider contract negotiations. She has most recently developed plan designs specifically for the program. In addition to this, Raquel heads translation projects for our family of companies.
