Sabrina Diaz

Sabrina Diaz has more than 25 years of experience leading large customer service organizations, including BPOs and TPAs, with a niche for implementing best practices to create “World Class” operations and call centers. She has an extensive background in operations, project management and leadership. Some of her prior roles include working with Nordstrom, Disney, Verizon Wireless, First American Insurance, Living Spaces, Whole Foods, OCTA, and Oakley, where she has been recognized by Benchmark Portal for running some of the top 10 service centers in North America.

She joined the company in 2022 and oversees and manages Customer Service and call center operations for Covered California, Pinnacle Claims Management and Western Growers.
